Our offices are open Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm, excluding bank holidays. We aim to respond to all queries with in 48 hours. This can sometimes take longer due to busy seasons.
If you have not received a reply from us within this time frame please check your junk folders.

For pre-ordered and made to order stock please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. (Large orders Could take a little longer over seas and during busy periods.) please note that we may send some orders in separate deliveries.

Goods are at your risk from the moment they have been dispatched.

Cancellation on pre ordered and custom items can not be made after 2 days of order.

 

Please contact us within 7 days that order was received, for refunds or exchanges.
